How can I pay?

We accept cash and most major credit cards. We do not take cheques.

Can I book online?

Yes! You can purchase tickets online and show them at the ticket office when you visit.

Can I bring my dog?

Only assistance dogs are allowed in the Walled Garden and Zoo. Visit our Access page for more information.

Are there any discounts available?

Crawley residents can get discounted zoo entry when you purchase tickets online via your myCrawley account. You must be logged in to get the discount.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Charges apply in the main car park and lakeside car park. See our parking information for prices and times.
